This property is offered at a reduced price for people aged over 60 through Homewise´s Home for Life Plan. Through the Home for Life Plan, anyone aged over sixty can purchase a lifetime lease on this property which discounts the price from its full market value. The size of the discount you are entitled to depends on your age, personal circumstances and property criteria and could be anywhere between 8.5% and 59% from the property´s full market value. The above price is for guidance only. It is based on our average discount and would be the estimated price payable by a 69-year-old single male. As such, the price you would pay could be higher or lower than this figure.

For more information or a personalised quote, just give us a call. Alternatively, if you are under 60 or would like to purchase this property without a Home for Life Plan at its full market price of £290,000, please contact Ward & Partners.

Passing through the private courtyard, you walk into the front reception, with an Eco fireplace giving you the feeling of warmth and comfort. This space is currently used as the home office and lounge.   Adjacent to this is the dinning room which provides a good space for both family meals and entertaining guests

Upstairs there are two great sized bedrooms, with views looking out over Tonbridge, superb for the upcoming fireworks night. Imagine yourself watching the night sky come alive looking out over it all.

On the lower ground floor there is a fantastic size family bathroom with plenty of room for storage with inbuilt cupboards. Across the hallway is the kitchen diner, which again has enough room for the family. Plus with the access out to the garden the children can go and burn off their dinner in the evening.

Located close to all the nearby amenities, there are local pubs, the station and schools (all about 5 – 10 minutes away). From the town you can visit the park and the local shops and from the fantastic road network, you can be on the M25 in minutes.

Whether an investor, first time buyer or family, this house really will tick your boxes. The rooms can be swapped to make the space work for you, whether you turn one room into another bedroom, dining room or leave it as it is. The choice is yours.

What the Owner says:

We bought this house around 10 years ago, we have now simply outgrown it, and need to move on to something bigger. We have had some great times here bringing up our children. With the location being great for their schooling, we can walk to Sussex Road in a matter of minutes.

We also chose here because we knew it would be a safe location with the police station at the end of the road.
We will be sorry to say goodbye to this house, but we know the next family will enjoy it just as much.
