"We originally bought the apartment as a holiday home as we fell in love with the view the minute we walked into the living room. After a while we enjoyed the area so much we decided to live there permanently. This was when we completely refurbished the flat and have really enjoyed being here since then and particularly being on the end of the block as it is particularly quiet and very private – in fact you can sunbathe in the communal gardens and not see anyone.

However as we have a big family and do a great deal of entertaining – we recently had 26 people to a Sunday lunch party – we feel that we need something a little larger but still want to live in the same area. Under the circumstances we hope that the new owners will be able to enjoy everything that we have put into creating this special place.

If you want to go surfing or have fun on the beach with the kids, Joss Bay is a minute's walk away but if you fancy a bit of peace and quiet just walk the other way to Kingsgate beach or stroll a little further for a drink or meal at the nearby Captain Digby pub and restaurant. Just across the road is the renowned North Foreland golf course for golfing enthusiasts and it is only about three minutes drive into Broadstairs town centre with its shops, pubs, restaurants and mainline station for the high speed rail service.
