You can, of course, simply relax on the park, wind down in one of our home from home self catering holiday caravans (we re a recent winner of The Sunrise Coast Best Accommodation Award) then stroll over for an evening out in the super club complex. Lose track of time on the unforgettable Broads themselves (they start just a couple of miles away!), go for it and immerse yourself in all the fun and razzmatazz of the famous traditional resort of Great Yarmouth a few miles distant one way, or enjoy the gentler pleasures of the old fishing port of Lowestoft the other! There s some really great beaches a short drive from the park as well.

On park there s a 30 metre heated swimming pool** together with a thrilling 45 metre flume** plus large paddling pool**, all set in a sheltered walled sun terrace. There s a crazy golf course, two tennis courts, children s playground and a challenging coast edge pitch and putt course with stunning sea views.

Unmissable evenings start out in Broadland Sands impressive split-level clubroom, complete with it s themed pub bar. We re really proud of our live family entertainment*, with visiting cabaret, songs, sketches, quizzes, competitions, music, dancing, no-one s left out! And there s more for starters, huge drop down screens so you won t miss that big match on FreeView TV and there s even a sports bar to go with it that really gets the atmosphere going! For a complete mood change, away from all the fun and games, there s the splendid conservatory, the beer garden or the peaceful, character, Piano Bar and separate Le Jardin restaurant takeaway meals are available from the clubroom bar as well. Not only is there a high tech Games Zone but also a pool table and, if you really fancy some p and q , just disappear into the separate Rogerson Room snooker lounge.
