There are many reasons I fell in love with this apartment when I was hunting for my first home. The communal gardens and inside areas are kept extremely well and this apartment is situated to the rear of the building away from road noise. Being on the top floor it benefits from a loft space and beautiful views from all windows. All of the fixtures, fittings and appliances are of high quality with made to measure blinds in the bedrooms, and I have recently fitted new carpets and a new boiler.
In terms of location, I really am spoilt. It is so convenient to be able to stroll to the shops and equally be able to walk to the station and local schools. The nearby Pantiles is a place where you can enjoy the atmosphere all year round, in the many wine bars, coffee shops and restaurants that it offers. This was a fantastic first time purchase for me. I hope the new owner will be as happy here as I have been.
