I have lived here for some years now and the house is great.

My only reason for a sale now is to get out of the area and closer to work.

The property has plenty of character and I am sure it will appeal to many people, it is very different.

I have always liked it's position and the fact it is close to everything and getting in and out of the city is easy.

I hope whoever now decides to buy my home take as much enjoyment from it as I have over the years.
