The Vendor's View - We were looking for a property that would be suitable to run as a B&B. This house was quirky and offered the perfect amount of space for our needs and we really liked the light and airy feel.

Our favourite room is one of the rooms that we use to let out; it’s a real favourite with our guests. It has a really lovely view out over Whitstable with the sea in the distance.

The house is in a very quiet and peaceful location, but it still easily accessible to all the amenities that you could possibly need. The neighbours here are fantastic and it’s a beautiful part of the town. The centre of Whitstable is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk, and this is full of lovely independent shops, and of course the famous harbour and seafront. Tesco is a 5 minute drive away and a new retail park about the same distance where there is M&S, Aldi and Home Bargains. Sainsbury’s is a little further away, around 10 minutes in the car.

We will miss the space and the airy atmosphere of the house, along with the lovely views. We absolutely love it here, and it is with great sadness that we are moving, but we feel that now is the right time.
