From Wapses Lodge roundabout on the A22 head towards Woldingham village.  Proceed under the viaduct and bare round to the right past Knights Garden Centre.  Follow the round past the station and up the hill.  Continue past The Crescent on the left hand side and past North Downs Golf Course.  Northdown Road swings sharply to the left and becomes The Ridge.  Continue along The Ridge for approximately half a mile and Grasslands can be found on the left hand side.
