Having lived in this home, I have loved this location for being so quiet, but also so accessible.

Having a secure parking space has meant I can walk and get public transport into town or drive to all the local shops, even Upminster and Brentwood are easy to get to once you know all the short cuts.

When I bought this flat it was finished to a very high standard with all the appliances being good makes, I have kept the décor very up to date and have taken very good care of my home.
