This has been our first purchase and I can say we have been very happy with the decision we made 3 years ago. The location is ideally situated for transport, local shops and amenities. I worked in London at the time and it was so easy to get to East Croydon from here.
The property itself is of great size and offers versatile living, and the communal grounds have been amazing during the summer months. I am sure the new owners will be very happy indeed here. Since living here I have replaced the kitchen and had all the internals doors replaced. I have also redecorated. It's a great place for a first purchase and definitely offers the best of both worlds.
