What's unique about Jack's ? The shop is central in the village main street and has a rustic interior with stone walls and newly sanded and varnished floor. There is a large space in the hallway for several prams and bicycles to accommodate the large trade we get from parents with young kids and babies, and weekend cyclists. We have an outdoor undercover area constructed in timber and finished with cladding, trellis, glass panels and boxwood hedging that provides year round outdoor shelter. The large garden area is secure within rustic stone walls and has a large kids play frame, picnic tables, kids tables & chairs and garden toys. All of the above makes it quite a unique business and one of a kind.

About Jack's Coffee Grill. We have 7 members of part time staff with 2 rotating managers. We are known for serving the best coffee around, with our house 'Jack's Blend', but also offer various teas and coffees from around the world which we can serve to our customers liking, or can be bought as takeaway in bags, ground as required. We have an all day menu consisting of innovative fillings in Panini's, bagels, wraps etc., along with daily fresh bakery. We have credit card style discount cards which we distribute to all local businesses and have lunch time staff that work a call in system for takeaway collection from the shop.

Equipment: within the sale we include all assets in equipment and stock. We have professional catering equipment in the kitchen and in front of house including, coffee machine, grinder, Blue Seal oven, flat plate grill, Panini grill, fryer, microwave, chilled gastronome, several fridges and freezers, Farm Foods chest freezer, milkshake blender, several stainless steel work benches, sink, kids play frame, timber gazebo, picnic benches and kids garden equipment. All of the above is around £20,000 worth of equipment.

Why are we selling ? We are a family owned business but we don't work in the business. We took the shop on 3 and a half years ago and developed it, investing all profits in upgrading the garden area, catering equipment, and growing the business. We have other interests and a full time post which is taking us increasingly away from being able to push the business forward, and we feel it is now time to sell what we have created to a new and passionate family to progress.

What potential does Jack's still hold ? The huge potential in the business is to open it in the evenings and develop and evening menu with alcohol license. The ambience of the property lends it's self very well to create a heart warming evening experience and would be a popular place for people to come and enjoy an evening meal, cocktails and wine. The overheads are all covered and still makes profit during the day hours, so developing the ability to open in the evenings will have an immediate affect on increasing the turnover and profits.

This project has brought us years of happiness, new friends and satisfaction, but as it's now time for our young family to move to pastures new we are looking for the right people to take over. Could this be you ?

This is an amazing opportunity and will change your life !
