The Vendor's View - We were first attracted by how much space the property has and the location. It's a beautiful looking house and quite striking as you drive past.

Our favourite room would be the hallway... the size and height of the ceiling always amazes people as they come in. We also love the size of the kitchen, as it's great for entertaining friends.

The house is a stone's throw away from the beach, shops, schools, train station and the road we are on is the bus route into either Margate or Birchington. We have always liked the fact that everything is close to hand.

Westgate is a really friendly town; just from having our dog a year we know most of the local dog walkers. Walking into town in the morning, you will find everyone says good morning.

Due to us downsizing now, we will miss the space that this property has always offered us.
