I purchased this apartment over 14 years ago, what appealed to me with the convenience of the location being so close to the town, local bus routes, the seaside but especially the train station being around the corner.
During my time here I have redecorated throughout, generally refurbished and installed a new combination boiler. The views across the college grounds and onto the historic Castle is something I will miss, however, now is the right time to sell the apartment.
