When I first saw this apartment I recognised the potential it offered and also how spacious it was compared to other properties I had viewed. It needed to be modernised which has now been completed and along with the other residents in the block we have sorted out the freehold and management issues which my solicitors advised me about before I bought it. You can walk into town within minutes or down to the beach. The little study area is really handy and there is plenty of storage which you often do not find with an apartment. I have considered letting the property for £515 per calendar month but would rather sell it to someone who can call it home. There is a car park just around the corner where you can get a permit to park all year round.
