The Vendor's View - We were first attracted to this property thanks to its location in a nice area, near to local shops, amenities & cliff walks. It’s a lovely family home with good sized rooms and a quiet, secluded garden.

Our favourite feature is probably the large, east facing conservatory, while our favourite room is the Kitchen with its French patio doors leading into the back garden.

There is an excellent, very friendly community here and it’s a lovely place to bring up a family. The house is within walking distance of a primary school and two secondary schools, as well as a medical centre, library, train station & bus service. There are a good variety of shops, eating places & pubs in Birchington.

We particularly like the nice cliff top walks to Westgate and Minnis Bay, or even further in either direction if the mood strikes! We have enjoyed visiting Minnis Bay & Westgate Bay over the years with their lovely sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets!

We will miss absolutely everything about the house and hold very happy memories of our time here.
