We bought this property around 15 years ago and as soon as we saw the views and the garden we knew we had to have it. Since owning the property, we have added the conservatory and double garage and have also bought an extra strip of land to the side from the farmer next door. There is quite a big loft area and it might be possible to create extra rooms up there if someone needed more space.
The views are incredible and we really enjoy the quiet location in the country but both Ventnor and Shanklin are only a short drive away. Now we are both retired it is time for us to move back to the mainland to be nearer to our family but we shall miss our lovely country home and everything that it has to offer.
