Leave Bath City Centre on the A367 Wells Road and subsequently following the Wellsway dual carriageway. Turn left onto the B110 Midford Road continuing out of Bath through Midford and Hinton Charter House. Upon entering the village of Norton St Philip take the turning right on to the A366 (Church Street) and head to Faulkland. Proceed past the village green and just before the hairdressers there is a lane on the right leading to the property. For viewing purposes it will be best to park in the layby on the right before the hairdressers or the village pub.
