We brought this house twenty five years ago as a three bedroom but as my family grew we had a loft extension done I have been so lucky to have such wonderful neighbours always looking out for one another. There is also many other amenities close by like tram stops and bus stops just a short ride to Croydon and East Croydon, Beckenham or Elmer's end so no need to spend lots of money on parking tickets just leave the car at home. There is also three lovely parks in walking distance . We will be sad to move out so I truly hope the next buyers will get as much enjoyment out Of making so many wonderful memories as I have ....
