FULL DESCRIPTION The Norfolk Agents are pleased to offer this spacious and well-presented holiday cottage situated in the pretty village of Whissonsett, approximately 7 miles south of Fakenham and only 30 minutes from the ever popular North Norfolk coast. The property, which was a re-built in 2010 in a barn style by the current owner, has previously been used as an annexe to the neighbouring property but is now a fully independent dwelling with permission for holiday use. The property is currently in its first season of holiday use and bookings have been consistent, both through an agency and Air B&B.

The barn provides over 1,000 sq./ft. of interior floor space and would make an ideal weekend/holiday retreat. The accommodation comprises an impressive open living space with vaulted ceilings which includes a fitted kitchen area, a ground floor bedroom and bathroom, with a staircase which rises to the master bedroom. Outside, there is a private garden with a patio which is enclosed by timber fencing. There are two allocated car parking spaces in a shared parking area beside the neighbouring property.

Stripped timber floorboards throughout, two TV points and three radiators. Doors opening to the ground floor bedroom, bathroom and the hall, from where a staircase rises to the main bedroom.
