Having enjoyed this home for around 30 years we are looking forward to the next buyer enjoying it as much as we have. It certainly didn't start it's days as you now see it. We under took many home improvements to allow someone to simply now move in and enjoy it from day one.

The lounge has large windows which lets in plenty of light and we use this as a room to rest in and relax in.
It's safe to say the kitchen and conservatory are the hub of this home. The large open space has certainly coped well with many summer parties and family gatherings. The addition of space means we have been able to put extra kitchen units in the help with storage, in addition to a downstairs toilet which again has proved invaluable.

You really don't seem to find gardens like ours now, as it's a great size and offers plenty of potential whether that's kids playing or if you require a workshop or shed etc.

The area is very quiet and offers an ideal set up for a family. There are both primary and secondary grammar schools within walking distance.

We will be sad to say goodbye but are now moving nearer towards family and will be selling the home with no forward chain.
