Changes To Plots (Plots 2-4 If Bought Off Plan) - All three new-build houses have the ability to change the layout slightly, namely:

On the third floor the 5th bedroom could be split into two to make 6 bedrooms (the en-suite would be reoriented to make it a shared bathroom).
The same splitting of the third floor could take place, but one room could be a bedroom and the other converted into a playroom or study, or even a lounge area for a teenager, relative, nanny etc.
The garage could be converted into an additional GF room (e.g. A Play-Room).
The rear gardens to all properties are larger than normal for new developments and therefore have much scope to extend, ie. A sunroom, office, larger kitchen. Permitted Development (PD) will allow a lot of extension possibilities for the purchaser without the need to submit a planning application.
