Planning - Full planning permission has been granted by Maidstone Borough Council application reference 18/505541/FULL for the 'Erection of a chalet style residential property with detached garage and landscaping'. Copies of the plans and reports are available from the agent or via MBC web pages.
The consented dwelling is estimated to have a gross internal floor area of about 245 m2 (2636sq ft) plus a first floor balcony patio of about 15m2 (160 sq ft) as well as a detached double garage having a long drive/good parking.

The Plot - Having an approximate 30m frontage (slightly wider at the rear) with a depth of approximately 60m the plot is about 0.19 ha, just under half an acre. Although relatively flat there is a slight slope from the front to the rear of the plot towards the ditch at the rear.

Services - No service enquiries have been carried out although we are advised by the seller all mains services are in the lane. The electricity supply is overhead, water and gas are in the lane itself. Additionally there is a main water supply as well as a main drain just inside the plot both of which are estimated to be within 3 meters of the front boundary, running roughly parallel with that boundary.
