The Vendor's View - We first fell in love with the sea views from the bedroom windows, and liked the fact that the property had a double which was perfect for restoring a classic car. The location really sold the house to us, knowing just how close we would be to the sea.
Without doubt our favourite room is the large lounge with its log burning stove. It is the perfect place at Easter and Christmas for large family gatherings.
The location is ideal in more ways than one. Within a 5-10 minute walk you will find the railway station and shops. Everything you could possibly need is there; it’s like stepping back in time and walking down a high street as they used to be in the 70’s.
We particularly enjoy the gorgeous walks along the sea wall. Everyone is friendly and always has time to stop for a chat and to say hello.
We will miss looking at the ever-changing sea, skies and amazing sunsets (of Turner fame).
