Seller’s Comments
This is what the seller has to say....

"Flat 6 was the third property I saw during my search and it was a breath of fresh air. It was on a beautiful street and it oozed charm and character. It was roomy, quite and I felt at home as soon as I looked around. I had 8 very happy years living there and despite moving to a house, I was sad to move on. The cosy ness of the bedroom I still miss today. The sunshine through the window in the summer evenings was divine. Accessibility was a key requirement that I had and the garage and driveway at the back proved a valuable bonus. The neighbours are all friendly, respectful and they take pride in the place which was and is very important to me. The building demands respect and that is certainly what it gets. We have all spent some memorable nights in the shared garden for BBQ’s or a few glasses of wine with the chimney keeping us all warm."
