Location - The land is situated on the outskirts of the village of Llanarmon-yn-ial. From the A494 Ruthin to Mold Road take the B5430 signed to LLanarmon-yn-ial. Proceed approximately 2 miles, turning right onto the B5431 to Llanarmon-yn-ial. On entering the village pass between the Raven Inn on the right hand side and Church on the left hand side. The B5431 bends round to the left but you continue straight ahead for a further 300m. On reaching a cross roads, turn left. After approximately 100m you will reach a dead end road ahead with a further dead end off to the right, continue straight on. After a further 100m Plas lane can be found on the right hand side providing access to Lots 5 and 6. Alternatively, continuing straight on you will reach the access to Lot 7. Proceed past semi-detached houses on your left and, after 100 meters, ignore the road turning on your right. Carry straight on and, beyond stone buildings, turn right up access lane to Lots 5 and 6 or proceed straight on along road for lot 7.

Tenure & Sporting Rights - We are advised the land is freehold and is offered with vacant possession on completion. As far as they are owned by the Vendor the sporting rights are included with the sale.
