Having lived in this home for approximately 40 years it’s been an absolute pleasure. It’s been a tough decision to move away but we have now decided to be closer towards family.
The home has been a fantastic environment to raise our family as it offers good sized bedrooms and changing the layout downstairs we now enjoy spending time in the spacious kitchen/diner. It’s a great space to sit with friends and family that visit. In the summer months it’s nice to open the sliding doors and take advantage of the enclosed garden. The size has been very suitable and we’ve enjoy planting vegetables and having some where peaceful to sit.
There is off road parking to the front of the home which has also been landscaped to have an easy to maintain front garden.
Within 5 minutes you can drive to the motorway which certainly was a huge advantage when considering getting to work. You also have a good amount of bus links here too that can travel to Maidstone and back into Rochester town centre.
When considering schools we have the grammar schools within walking distance in addition to primary schools too. Very useful when thinking about the school run. To make things even easier there is a co-op for your daily essentials and a large Asda for the bigger shop.
