VENDORS COMMENTS We built the Lilacs on land adjacent to the bungalow next door that we used to own in
2002.
We chose this location originally (before the house was built) due to the proximity of the schools that our children used to attend. Living in this location gave us privacy, seclusion and because the property is accessed via a private road a huge element of security.
Before purchasing we balanced all this against the periodic noise from the children's playground and the sometime parent congregation at the end of the track and came rapidly to the conclusion that the security, privacy and seclusion were far more important than the odd parent blocking the drive and a little piece of playground noise during term

With the build we focused on decent room sizes and high ceiling height to offer the most natural light creates in each individual living room The Lilacs still retains potential however for internal reconfigurations or potential to extend and raise the garage to create a granny annexe or single person studio

Having sold the initial bungalow in 2017 to a family member we are now able to live as two families side by side and for two families who wish to live side by side yet retain full living independence in two individual properties the location is perfect.

Our paths are now due to separate with my wife and myself relocating and our family member relocating with her husband's employment
I can only recommend to any potential purchaser that wants this area and has a growing family to come along and view the Lilacs.
You will not be disappointed
