When I was first looking for a property it was mainly the size and space of this home that stood out for me. Other apartments I viewed felt very small and dark. Here however, the rooms are huge and have plenty of natural light coming into the apartment.
The lounge area easily fits my sofa and much more in, and is great when friends and family come over. The kitchen is well equipped and having a dish washer is a great extra. I decorated throughout including a new central heating system and radiators, new carpets in the bedrooms, a built in washing machine and several cupboards for storage, which now gives the new buyer the ability to move straight in without any concerns over DIY. The property also overlooks the communal garden which is ideal as any buyer wanting to sit out and enjoy the sun can do so. The neighbours are also very friendly and are often out tending to the garden areas.
Access to the motorway is very easy from here, a short drive connects you to the M2 which can get you to London in no time at all. Equally I find Rochester or Chatham stations are easily commutable both offering a high speed service. This really has been a fantastic purchase to get started on the property ladder and I hope the next buyer enjoys it as much as I have.
