Sellers Thoughts:- To follow
"When we first came to Skegness this property really caught our eye - so much so that we decided to buy it and live here. It was quite a project for us to refurbish the home from top to bottom but we're delighted with the end result - it feels like a brand new house on the inside! We love living here but family are leading us to move nearer to them. Although we're not golfers, it really would be a dream home for anyone that is, backing onto the beautiful North Shore links golf course. Although we're a few minutes out of the town centre, it makes for a lovely stroll in the summer but if you don't fancy the walk in winter, the local buses stop almost outside the door making it very easy to get up and down the coast. The other big selling point for us is that it only takes us 5 minutes to walk onto the beach."
