Dating back to 1907 homes of this size, character and in this sort of location are very few and far between, only yards from Mold town centre and all its shops, restaurants, schools and other attractions.
My advice would be…look at the work that’s required to bring this home up to scratch as a bonus because double fronted family homes don’t come along that often.....especially at this price!

Entering the main hall we see the staircase in front of us and to our right, the very spacious lounge. Currently fitted with a log burning stove, although this would be removed on sale, it would still leave the traditional fireplace. A glance at the floor plan shows the presence of a storeroom abutting the rear wall, the removal of which would give an extraordinary lounge, some 23’ 6” long…..now come on, that’s enough for anyone.

Opposite this we find the dining room, currently sporting a fitted pole dancing pole, – again, this isn’t staying but we believe that lessons are available for any budding dancers ?? In here there is also a gas fire, fitted with a back boiler for the hot water and which also powers the central heating. Currently used as a hobby room, this room is in common with all the rooms in this home, an excellent size and would make a comfortable formal dining room.

From here we move into the kitchen which, while fully fitted is, to be honest, tired and in need of updating. Having said that, there is sufficient space available to make this a very attractive proposition.
