We moved here 14 years ago as we fell in love with size and location. We had viewed so many places but when we walked through the door, it just felt like home. It felt more like a house than a maisonette and this was helped by the fact that we had our own front door, driveway and garden. The long lease was a real bonus (189 years from 1980) and the location is also ideal for accessing London with lots of transport options at our fingertips. Since living here, we have completely transformed it with every room having been re-decorated. The kitchen and bathroom are both recently added too and we have spent a huge amount of effort and time looking after the garden. After many happy years here, we are looking to re-locate to the coast but will miss the convenience that's for sure!
