Through the Home for Life Plan, anyone aged over sixty can purchase a lifetime lease on this property which discounts the price from its full market value. The size of the discount you are entitled to depends on your age, personal circumstances and property criteria and could be anywhere between 8.5% and 59% from the property´s full market value. The above price is for guidance only. It is based on our average discount and would be the estimated price payable by a 69-year-old single male. As such, the price you would pay could be higher or lower than this figure.

If you are looking for a property that is easily maintained then we cannot think of a better apartment than this in Jacob Villas.

The garage is situated to the rear and is accessed via a secured parking area, providing you with peace of mind.

On entering the apartment you will immediately notice it is in great condition so you will not have to do any work, saving you both time and money. The open plan nature of the lounge/dining/kitchen area is ideal if you have guests meaning you can enjoy entertaining even more. The half roundel adds to the charm of this space.

This apartment comes with 2 double bedrooms, however, if you only need one, the other would make an ideal guest room.

With communal gardens, there is space to sit outside in the sun and enjoy a book without the worry of having to maintain it yourself.

Faversham town centre is only a short walk away with an array of independent shops and cafes. Throughout the year a number of open air events take place in the centre, making this the ideal location to move to. The main line station with fast trains into London is again only a short walk away, ideal for those commuting on a regular basis. Faversham central car park is literally a minute's walk away which is great for visitor parking.

Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:

This property was purchased new in 2004, where my mother enjoyed many stress free years. It was ideal for her needs and being so close to the town centre and amenities, allowed her to maintain an independent life style. Equally, my sister and I used the apartment regularly as a base for commuting to London and as a holiday base during regular visits from Spain.

Being on the ground floor is an advantage for all ages, be it due to mobility, taking the shopping in and moving furniture in and out of the property.
