The Vendor's View - A ten minute’ walk takes you into the Centre of Broadstairs, you are fifteen minutes’ walk from the station and close to several excellent schools. The property is in a really quiet area, it has large windows directly overlooking a lovely open, tree lined, park at the front, ideal for children and dog walking, it also has a beautiful garden. The location is very convenient and with the high-speed train service up to London it is a good, commutable place to be.

The thing I like most about the property is the bright and sunny open plan area downstairs. It means you feel connected to the rest of the people in the house. It is an ideal home for a family, great for entertaining people. There is even a very large ground floor room with its own entrance and en-suite on one side, which you could make use of for whatever suits your own situation.

Broadstairs has many interesting shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants – it is a delightful town to live in. The demand for properties in this area of Broadstairs is high as they are not available to buy very often. It is quiet and really accessible for everything. Being close enough to walk to the various beautiful bays or down to the sea front and town for the evening is something that I love about being here.

We have completely refurbished the interior, so it feels like a contemporary property but with a beautiful, well established, traditional garden. I am going to miss the feeling of the light, bright interior, with great views front and back, leading naturally to the conservatory and garden outside. A great place to be!
