Being close to the local gym with swimming facilities makes this a great location for keeping fit. As part of the Kent Downs we enjoy many long summer walks with Ranscombe Park being a favourite joy for our dog walking with lovely woods and open spaces. We love the summer concerts at Rochester Castle and picnics by the river.

The biggest plus point for our home is its easy maintenance giving us lots of time to enjoy life.
