The house was built with the intention of fulfilling our current needs and special attention was given to catering for future needs. There are so many aspects of this home that impressed us, there is an under floor heating system throughout, even in our conservatory and loft. The soundless central vacuum cleaning system, which is located on all floors, is so convenient to keep the home tidy, we kept one outlet for cleaning our cars. The built-in water sprinklers for garden irrigation is quite unique to minimise the daily watering effort and keep the garden green and beautiful. The whole home is fitted with network cables for any use of IT equipment effectively and there is a sound system installed in the ceiling throughout. We also installed the finger recognition to keep keyless access to the home with an intercom system also installed in every room for internal communication.


My favourite room of the house has to be the conservatory. It's an amazing room with an abundance of natural light, we have many fond memories of family gatherings here. We once had a large family event where we set up a marquee in the garden and had a five a side football tournament. In the summer months the conservatory and patio area really adds to the already impressive living and entertaining spaces.
