The Vendor's View - With uninterrupted sea views, being close to the local amenities and having very good travel links we feel our home is in a very convenient position. We have everything we need on our doorstep; a highly-rated doctor’s surgery and schools are within walking distance – so the location was one of the main factors that attracted us to this property.
Our home is south-facing, very light and airy. We have the best of both worlds, with the seaside views out of the front and the sun all day in the garden at the back. We have a lovely conservatory which opens out onto the garden, it is well suited for hosting family and friends as there is plenty of space and privacy.
Margate is just a 20-minute walk away and year-on-year it continues to have more places to go out for something to eat or drink. It is a great town to have so close by, there is always something to do for all ages with excellent travel links out of the area with the high speed train service to London.
We are going to miss the convenience of living here. Everything is easily accessible. Being able to walk out of the front door and be so close to the seafront is lovely – especially for walks with the dog. There is so much space here and it has been somewhere we have loved to live. It makes for a lovely family home.
