With its wood laminate floor and large picture window this is a lovely light and airy room and although with no additional form of heating, the double glazing and gas central heating should ensure toastie toes throughout the winter.

Moving back to the kitchen/dining room we find a continuation of the tiles from the hallway opening into a large and well equipped kitchen. This features a tower oven system with separate gas hob and extractor hood with attractive glass splash back, along with a full complement of white labour saving goods (not included)

From here we move though to the inner hall giving access first to the main bedroom, with a laminate floor of such quality that it could easily be taken for solid wood. There is a cunning arrangement of fitted wardrobes where the doors give access from two sides – difficult to describe but lovely to see.

The remaining bedroom is still a double, so a good size and featuring large fitted wardrobes, looking out over the rear garden, which is a very pleasing view and adds to the serenity vital to any sleeping area.

Moving outside via a small extension off the kitchen, useful for further storage, wet coats, wellies, dogs and general ‘stuff’, we find the truly lovely garden. Stepping first onto a raised decking area affording views of the garden (obviously…) and across to the distant hills. Directly in front of us is a delightful summer house set slightly higher than the majority of the garden with the detached garage behind. Further parking space is to be found in front of the garage, but kept separate from the body of the garden.

Further along is another wooden ‘summer house’, the purpose of which should be evident to any Welsh speakers as the sign above the door translates as’ The Office’.
