When we purchased 4 years ago we needed somewhere that provided an easy commute, initially central Croydon was our preferred location. The commute time and ease was our main priority, hence the need for East Croydon station but this property caught our eye and offered many more benefits than what we were seeing. As soon as we walked in our decision was made. We loved the fact it was spacious, quiet and surrounded by shops and local parks. Its easy to park and there is always somewhere to go with the Purley Way being just around the corner. We love the area and would recommend it to anyone as a superb place to live. It will be sad to leave our wonderful home but are very excited for the new owners as it has been such a great place to call home.
