One of the best things about living here for us is going to the seaside. With the pier and the events that are on for entertainment throughout the year, you never struggle for something to do. The sunsets over the sea are fantastic, and close proximity to local towns give us lots of choice for restaurants, whether that is for us as a family or out with friends.

This is an adaptable house. The rooms are all large, with plenty of floor-space. We have great versatility for socialising as a family and with friends or both – it is very light and airy. Our garden is a suntrap and is well secluded. Having an office in the garden means you can work from home, without feeling work is "at home".

We are going to miss the amazing memories of living here, with our children growing up – it has been our family home for 23 years. Our garden has been a space with a lot of those memories, be that parties, sports, having a barbecue or enjoying the large hot tub. For us you cannot beat it for location and versatility.
