Through the Home for Life Plan, anyone aged over sixty can purchase a lifetime lease on this property which discounts the price from its full market value. The size of the discount you are entitled to depends on your age, personal circumstances and property criteria and could be anywhere between 8.5% and 59% from the property´s full market value. The above price is for guidance only. It is based on our average discount and would be the estimated price payable by a 69-year-old single male. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

If you are looking for a spacious family home in a popular residential location close to the sea front and transport links then look no further than this chain free semi-detached four bedroom house.

The property is approached by a crazy paved driveway which provides plenty of off street parking handy for when you come home with the weekly shopping. To the side of the house there is a continuation of the drive which leads to the detached garage.

You have a convenient entrance porch so you can take off your shoes before walking inside. The lounge is a great place to sit and relax whilst watching your favourite TV programme. The dining room is in an ideal location to sit and enjoy meals with family and friends with the patio door open to the garden letting in the fresh air from the warm summer's evening. The kitchen is open plan so you can catch up with the family whilst cooking their meals. You also have the added benefit of a downstairs toilet which is handy for when you have guests.

Upstairs you will find four good size bedrooms, the master has fitted wardrobes and a large bay window to the front. There is also a family bathroom.

The rear garden is secluded with a southerly aspect meaning you can spend plenty of time relaxing in the sun during the summer months.

This house could make a great family home for someone looking to put their own stamp on.

Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:

The property has been in the family since 1995 and we have had many happy memories here.

The main thing that attracted me to the house was the location, I have found it to be very convenient as the bus route and shops are within walking distance, as is the seafront, where we have spent many sunny weekends.

It has also been ideal as it is close to the schools and we used to collect the grandchildren regularly.
