From the M5 Junction 27 take the A361 north Devon link road towards Tiverton/Barnstable and follow the road for 6.6 miles. When you come to the roundabout, take the third exit onto A396 towards Bampton and continue for approximately 5 miles. Take the first exit at the roundabout and stay on the A396. Continue towards Exebridge/Dulverton following the A396 and after about 4.6 miles, the entrance to Higher Grants Farm will be on the left hand side, sharing an entrance with Exebridge Lakeside Caravan Motorhome club site. The entrance to the lakes is about half a mile on, towards the Anchor Inn pub.
