Outline Planning permission for residential development was granted on Appeal on the 26th January 2018, Appeal reference: APP/A3010/W/17/3184900 subject to conditions relating to the original application reference 17/00353/OUT dated the 7th March 2017 refused by Notice dated the 31st August 2017. The inspector has assessed the proposal on the basis of 14 dwellings.
