We admired this house from afar for many years so when the opportunity came up to buy it 12 years ago, we instantly knew we had to make it happen! We loved the character and space inside and although it needed work, we could imagine making it our own. We have reinstated and improved many of the period features in the property including replacement sash windows, renovating the picture rails, installation of an open fireplace, renovation and insulation of the original wooden flooring, restoration of the original Edwardian quarry tiles in the kitchen and many more things besides. The addition of a fourth bedroom and en-suite shower room have helped to create a contemporary space for our family to enjoy as well. The location is just ideal too.
