This is subject to a British Gas maintenance contract with its next service being due imminently, thus any buyer will find this vital piece of equipment in rude health.

Finally, we enter what was 'originally' the kitchen and is now a very convenient dining area for friends and family to come and be entertained by you, attached via an archway to the extension which now houses the kitchen.
The kitchen itself could perhaps benefit from some minor updates but these are all largely a matter of personal taste. As it stands, it is perfectly functional and at the risk of sounding clichéd, it does what it says on the tin. A washing machine is currently plumbed in although there is no dishwasher, however as this was the home of an elderly lady, this comes as no real surprise – back in the day they washed dishes by hand, something that you youngsters of today won’t know anything about ??
