I was keen to move here as it seemed a really nice area and I looked at quite a few and chose this one as it had a much larger garden than the others.
I have been very happy here for nearly forty years and it has been a great place to raise my family. There is everything you need nearby including a good selection of shops and schools, doctors and dentists surgeries and, of course, Cascades leisure centre, which is perfect for any teenagers that you may have. There are also good bus routes and the commuter coach to London stops close by.
The house does need a bit of updating but it has great potential to extend, although you should obtain the proper permission before putting any plans into action
