General Remarks 
The site was formerly part of a Polish hospital during World War II housing not only the hospital but also doctors, nurses and all the auxiliary staff and their families needed for running the hospital. There now remains a number of redundant brick built towers and reinforced concrete framed buildings. It includes a number of pedestrian/vehicular access tracks which lead through the woodland. The main access track leads from east to west off Tudor Drive through to the residential property known as Llanerch-Panna.

Location 
The land is located within the picturesque Maelor countryside yet also benefits from excellent road links to the larger towns of Ellesmere, Wrexham & Whitchurch as well as the City of Chester. Nearby train stations can be found at Ruabon and Whitchurch. The area is well served for excellent state and public schools.
