When we first viewed this property we were really impressed by the amount of space on offer and, whilst the property needed a lot of work, we could see the potential it had.
Over the years we have completely updated the house from top to bottom and extended by converting the loft into a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room. We also installed a brand new kitchen and bathroom and landscaped the garden.
We have further planning permission granted for a double storey side extension which could almost double the size of the house. However, due to a change in our circumstances we are now looking to emigrate so, hopefully, the new owners can take advantage of the approved planning and enjoy all the work that we have carried out.
