DIRECTIONS On entering the village of Chillington (approaching from Kingsbridge), turn right down Tanpits Lane. After approximately 150 yards turn left, sign posted Beeson. Proceed up this road for about 800 yards and you will reach Ridge Cross, turn right at the sign post for Frogmore and Kingsbridge, the access to the land will be the first gateway on the right hand side. 

SITUATION The land is situated on the south side of the village of Chillington in the South Hams area of South Devon.

The nearest town of Kingsbridge is 5 miles to the west and the town of Dartmouth is some 10 miles distant to the east.

The land is bordered by a Council maintained highway on the south and east and bordered by agricultural land on both the north and west.
