The Vendor's View - My home is ideally located with good travel links nearby. It is quietly situated but not isolated. The neighbours are friendly and respectful of one another and many play golf at nearby Chestfield Golf Club. Being a private road, we have had the occasional street party which are always great fun. Picking up essentials is easy as supermarkets are within walking distance, you have everything you need nearby. Neighbours never park in the road as all properties have plenty of off road parking. My large in-out drive is a real bonus and makes off road parking easy for several vehicles.

I love the spacious kitchen/diner; it is a great space and flows beautifully on to the garden which makes it ideal for hosting family and friends. The bedrooms and living spaces almost have a holiday feel with very little noise, it is a very peaceful atmosphere. This is a very versatile property, with a self-contained bedroom and en-suite upstairs and plenty of scope to adapt the rooms downstairs to suit individual needs.

The local area works very well for me. The Golf Club and Chestfield Barn pub/restaurant are just around the corner and there are plenty of walking or cycling routes in either country or coastal locations. Nearby Whitstable has a great selection of shops and dining/entertainment venues plus annual events like the Oyster Festival. I certainly am going to miss my lovely home, it's great location with friendly neighbours.
