Cliffe is situated in a predominantly agricultural area approximately 4 miles east of the town of Selby, 6 miles west of Howden and 14 miles south east of the historic walled city of York.

Directions - From the A19 at Barlby (just north of Selby), continue to the roundabout at Osgodby and then proceed along the A63 towards Howden. When reaching the village of Cliffe turn south on to Main Street, at the bottom of Main Street turn right onto Turnham Lane. Continue along Turnham Lane for approximately 300 metres, the land is on the right signposted with a Stephenson & Son ‘For Sale board’. The nearest postcode to the land is YO8 6NQ.
