Having the 2 double bedrooms meant our son had plenty of space whilst growing up.

What has made living here such a joy has to be the neighbours; they have definitely made the maisonette a home. It will be sad leaving here but it is now time to move on to be closer to my family.

We hope the next buyers enjoy the home as much as we have over the 28 years we have lived here
